That is right.....I cheated......and I DID NOT LIKE IT.
I will 75% of the blame....but I also holding Mother Nature....USAA Insurance......and the Girl Scouts of America accountable too.
I gave in....I was stressed......I caved.....BUT I am not defeated.
I have learned so much about eating and myself during this challenge. I have known what I need to do....and now I KNOW how to do!
So thanks for the support.....the help......the encouragement......and the love. Let's keep doing this! I love seeing you guys and sharing ideas!
